Submit The Signup Form

Once the signup form is submitted and received by our team, your account credentials will be created and emailed to the address you provided from no-reply@simpleraise.com. If you do not see the notification in your inbox, check your spam folder for the email. You can request a resend of your account credentials via online chat from our website/online support center or email support@simpleraise.com.

Accessing Your SimpleRaise Account

Open the email containing an invitation link. Once clicked, it will authenticate your account credentials and then you will be directed to complete your Organization’s set up in SimpleRaise.

Problems Logging Into SimpleRaise?

Make sure to click the invitation link and wait for your web browser to complete the authentication process before clicking or closing the browser window. You can also click the reset password link if you are having trouble logging in with your password.

Logging into SimpleRaise from CutTime

Sign into your CutTime account and then look for the Fundraising Page, which is located in the main side navigation. Click on Fundraising and it will instantly recognize your account credentials and take you to a SimpleRaise Explainer Landing Page, where you can learn more and continue your connection over to the SimpleRaise application by clicking the "Get Started' button.

• If your program’s organization has already been established in SimpleRaise, you will join their organization and see existing fundraisers and stores under this organization.
• If your program’s organization SimpleRaise connection is brand new, then you will first need to set up the Organization for your program in SimpleRaise. You will be prompted to complete your organization’s set up with logo, custom primary color, and description.
