Join a fundraiser and invite supporters

Your coach, teacher, director, or fundraising organizer will invite you to join your program's fundraiser. Once you've joined, you can invite supporters, share your fundraising link, and track your progress.

Join the fundraiser

If you received a self-registration link or QR code, open it and complete the signup form.

If your organizer added you directly, open the email or text invitation and select Create an Account or Accept Invitation.

Your invitation is personal—don't share it. If a parent, guardian, or sibling wants to help, ask your organizer to add them or provide the appropriate Participant Profile Management Link.

Set up your profile

Enter your first name, last name, preferred nickname, and any missing email address or phone number.

Choose a password with at least eight characters, including a letter, a number, and a special character. Don't use spaces, and make sure both password entries match.

You can add a profile photo to help supporters recognize you. Select Sign Up when you're ready.

Already have a SimpleRaise profile? Sign in instead. You can update your profile from your dashboard.

Add supporters

In your dashboard, open Supporters or select Add More Supporter.

Enter the person's name, relationship to you, and email address or phone number.

Only add people you know and are authorized to contact. Follow your organization's instructions and obtain any required permission before entering their details. Don't add purchased lists or people who have asked not to be contacted.

Under Active Campaigns, choose the fundraiser you want to share.

Share its personal link or QR code so supporters can contribute toward your fundraising efforts.

You can also use Share Message to prepare a request for support.

For calendar fundraisers, you'll see how many days have been claimed.

Follow your progress

Open a campaign to see your goal progress, supporter activity, and sales.

Add a personal video

In Campaign Video, select Upload Video and follow the prompts to submit it for approval.

Introduce yourself, explain what you're raising money for and why it matters, and thank people for considering a donation. Keep the video under two minutes and follow your organization's media guidelines.

Approved videos appear on your personal fundraising page. If yours is rejected, ask your organizer for feedback, then submit a new version.

Update supporter contacts

In Supporters, select Edit to change a contact. On the edit page, select Delete to remove them. You can add more supporters while the fundraiser is active.

If a text message fails, SimpleRaise automatically attempts to resend it up to three times.

Notifications and opting out

You may receive invitations, password-reset emails you requested, reminders to add supporters or a video, video approval updates, and supporter activity or delivery updates.

To stop text notifications, reply STOP. If you prefer email, add your email address to your profile.
