Closing a Fundraiser in Simple Raise

When a fundraiser reaches its end date for accepting donations, it will be unpublished and marked as ‘closed’ in your Fundraiser Dashboard. Organization Administrators and Fundraising Assistants can both view the results of the fundraiser.
Request A Payout for Remaining Funds
To confirm whether you need to request a payout for any remaining funds, navigate to the Transactions Page > Payouts tab in your fundraiser dashboard. A dollar amount displayed in the green 'Available for Payout' indicator at the top of your screen means a payout is available. For detailed instructions on how to initiate a payout, please refer to the article 'Initiating a Payout in Simple Raise.'
Payouts can be requested once every seven days throughout the duration of the fundraiser.
Generate Final Reports
You can review the Fundraiser Orders from the Transactions Page > Orders tab and export them to manually review the funds collected and either assign them individually or to specific budget line items for your organization.
If you are a CutTime connected user, then Simple Raise will provide automatic entries back via a bulk credit to your program’s Financial Dashboard, which will be further applied towards individual student account balance statements and/or your Program’s Angel Fund depending on the fundraising goal type and goal amounts you set.
You’ll see the credits appear in your account as soon as the payout is marked “Paid.”
