Viewing Store Dashboards

Each online store you create comes with its own unique dashboard, allowing you to manage different aspects of your store. To access the dashboard, go to the “Stores” section within your program’s organization dashboard and click on the name of the store you want to manage. The store dashboard is organized into several sections, with the displayed sections determined by the fundraiser settings selected during the initial store setup.

Dashboard

The dashboard section acts as a central hub, providing an overview of your store's timeline, sales totals, product and event ticket details, along with other key information.

If you’ve chosen to add participants to your online store, the dashboard will also feature options to print guardian and participant flyers, send donor reminders, and manage invitations queued to donor contacts (similar to your fundraisers).

Goals

Upon selecting the option to add participants to your online store, you will have the ability to assign a store fundraising goal to each participant.  You can choose to make each student responsible for raising the same or different amount of funds by promoting sales of items in the store. You can also add additional participants, send reminders for participants to add donors, and monitor whether participants have secured donors or accepted your invitation to participate in this specific store.

Participant Invites

Manage all participant invitations in one central location. You can confirm whether they have been sent, edit the information, or modify and delete participants as needed. Once a participant accepts an invitation, their name will show up under the “Goals” section.

Shopper Contacts

If you have chosen to add participants to your webstore, you can view a comprehensive list of all contacts invited to your store here. Sales contacts are invited by your participants, and you can see which participant extended the invitation to each contact. Additionally, you can edit contact information, review their relationship with the participant, and confirm whether the invitation was successfully delivered.

Participant Videos

Participants promoting webstore sales have the option to upload a video for their sales contacts to view. The Participant Videos section provides a list of your store participants, showing which ones have added a video to their webstore. You can review the videos and approve or reject them. Please note that unless a video is approved by the store administrator, it will not be visible on the participant’s webstore.

Orders

The Orders section provides a detailed list of all purchases made in your store. To view more information about a specific order, click 'View Order' next to the order number. This will display the order details, including the items purchased and shopper information.

Products

Here, you can view and manage all items currently listed in a specific webstore, including the ability to edit or remove products. You can also browse items from your other webstores and easily add them to the current store by selecting “Add to Store” next to the product. To list a new item or event ticket, simply click on “Add New Product” or “Add New Event Ticket” in the top right corner.

Groups

If you choose to include participants during the setup of your webstore, you have the option to create and assign participants to fundraising groups. You can organize participants into custom groups, encourage competition between groups to raise funds, or leave the group section empty.

To create your first group, select the store where you want to create the group. Click on the store name and then select “Groups” from the store’s dashboard. Click on “Create Participant Group,” enter the group name, and save the changes. Afterward, go to “Groups,” click on the group name to add participants, and view the funds raised by each group within the group section.

If you are a CutTime Connected user, the groups you create in Simple Raise are not carried over into your CutTime Groups and vice versa.

Settings

Discover key tools to effectively share your online store with students, parents, and donors, including a direct link to your store and downloadable flyers.

You can also create a duplicate of your online store or edit the title, description, goals, and other details. Please note, you cannot edit the title of an active online store.

To duplicate an existing store, select the "Duplicate" option under the "Settings" menu. After confirming, you'll be directed to the edit section where you can customize the store. The title will default to "Clone of [Store Name] - [Date]," but you can modify it and other details in the settings as needed.
