Navigating Your Store Dashboard

Top Navigation Panel
When you first log into your Simple Raise account, you will be directed to your Campaigns page. Across the top of your page, you will see a Navigation Panel with all of your various pages you can go to:

Campaigns
Campaigns are any items, donation fundraisers, and ticketed events for sale on your store. Add new Campaigns, toggle between all of your Active, Archived, or Draft Campaigns, or view the store from a support's end.

The tabs that show your Archived Campaigns are those fundraisers that have since expired or you have archived manually from the Campaigns page.

Any Campaigns that you have not added to your store, but started creating will be in your Drafts tab.
In the Active Tab, you will also see various statistics related to your Campaigns: Total Sales, Revenue, Low Stock, Items, and Critical Stock, across the top of this section. You will also so the number of Participants per Campaign, money raised, # of Donations, and Collective Goal.

Creating a Campaign
When creating a Campaign, click the "Add a Campaign" button and a setup wizard will guide you through the process to create your campaigns and you have a few different options to choose from:
- Goods and Services - Sell a store product like a shirt, or other item.
- Event Ticket - Allow event ticketing, which if you are utilizing CutTime, will integrate with your Events.
Fundraiser Product - Add a Fundraiser such as a donation page towards a group trip.

People
All of your Participants, Supporters, Groups, Pending Invites, and Admins can be found on this page.

Participants
If you’ve chosen to add Participants to your store, the dashboard will list your participants, data trackers, and search filters.
Participant information columns will display their Invitation Status, Donor Contacts, Performance, Products, and Personal Link.

Supporters
Supporters are any people that have been invited to donate or checkout other campaigns available in your store. This could be the parents of your participants, or the neighbor they know that have been added by your members to participate in your fundraising efforts.

Groups
See your list of Groups and how many Participants are in each Group. Participants are added to Groups when you are adding them as a Participant on a Campaign. (See more here)

Pending Invites
Check the status of invites sent and make any edits needed to the contact info for your Participants.

Admins
Manage and add additional Admins to this account from this page. You can list them as Organization Admins or Organization Owners. Check to see who was invited but still hasn't completed setting up their profile in the Pending tab. Should you need to resend their invite, you can click on the paper airplane icon.

Transactions
All orders and payouts in your store will be listed here.
Orders
In the Orders tab, you will see the most recent purchase at the top. Apply various filters to narrow down your search or Export of list of your orders at the top the to page. Click through on "View Order" to see more details about an order made in your store.

Information such as the total cost, net, amount paid, customer, and purchase date can be seen on each row. You can also click through on "View Order" for more details.

If the order includes ticket purchases, you can see their tickets and redemption status here.

Payouts
In order connect your bank to receive payout deposits, go to the Payouts Page. From there add your W9 and banking details.

Once you add this info, your view will switch to one that shows you payouts paid and pending.

The process to receive payouts will be as follows:
1) You request a payout with Simple Raise.
2) Your request is processed by the Simple Raise team
3) And once the payment is scheduled, it will take 5-7 days to appear in your account.
Store Settings
Customize your account name, branding, and more from the Store Settings page. You can also upload your program's logo to personalize your Simple Raise store.

Add Categories to help organize your store with "like items" and campaigns. For example, you might want to add categories called "Donations", "Swag" or "Merch" for items like your program's t-shirt with your logo, or "Events/Ticket".

Go to Store
To see what the supporters see on their end and what your store looks like, click through on the page Go to Store.

Profile
Update your administrative profile in Simple Raise and reset your password here.

Logout
Logout of your account with the final page navigation on the far right of your Simple Raise Dashboard.
