UPDATE! Simple Raise accounts now have one central store through which purchases can be made for items like merch or tickets, as well as make a donation all in one shopping cart!

When you first log into your Simple Raise account, you will see two ways to navigate to your Store Dashboard, allowing you to manage different aspects of your store. The first is the Dashboard page at the top, and the second is the name of your Store.

Store Dashboard

The Store Dashboard Page acts as a central hub, allowing you to view all of your Campaigns (items, donations, and tickets for sale). Add new Campaigns or view the store from a donor's end.

You can learn more about creating various Campaigns here.

In addition, you will see an overview per campaign with the number of participants, amount raised, donations, and collective goal.

There are also data trackers at the top such as Store Total Sales, Store Revenue, Low Stock Items, and Critical Stock that needs to be replaced.

Top Navigation Panel

Across the top of your page are various navigation pages; Campaigns, Participants, Orders, Admins, Payouts, Reports, Settings, Profile and Logout.

Campaign Products

When creating a Campaign Product, a setup wizard will guide you through the process to create your campaigns and you have a few different options to choose from:

Participants

If you’ve chosen to add Participants to your store, the dashboard will list your participants, data trackers, and search filters.

Data Trackers include Invitation Acceptance percentage, Building Contacts, Making Sales, and Total Gross Raised.

Participant information columns will display their Invitation Status, Donor Contacts, Performance, Products, and Personal Link.

Utilize the various filters such as "Needs Donors", "Goal At Risk", and "Pending", to search for specific participants as needed.

Contacts

Contacts are any people that have been invited to donate or checkout other campaigns available in your store. This could be the parents of your participants, or the neighbor they know that have been added by your members to participate in your fundraising efforts.

Orders

All orders in your store will be listed here, starting with the most recent purchase at the top. Apply various filters to narrow down your search or Export of list of your orders at the top the to page.

Information such as the total cost, net, amount paid, customer, and purchase date can be seen on each row. You can also click through on "View Order" for more details.

If the order includes ticket purchases, you can see their tickets and redemption status here.

Admins

Add or manage your administrators for your Simple Raise account here. Check to see who was invited but still hasn't completed setting up their profile in the Pending tab. Should you need to resend their invite, you can click on the paper airplane icon.

Payouts

In order connect your bank to receive payout deposits, go to the Payouts Page. From there add your W9 and banking details.

Once you add this info, your view will switch to one that shows you payouts paid and pending.

The process to receive payouts will be as follows:

1) You request a payout with Simple Raise.

2) Your request is processed by the Simple Raise team

3) And once the payment is scheduled, it will take 5-7 days to appear in your account.

Settings, Profile, and Logout

Customize your account name, branding, and more from the Settings page. You can also upload your program's logo to personalize your Simple Raise store.

Add Categories to help organize your store with "like items" and campaigns. For example, you might want to add categories called "Donations", "Swag" or "Merch" for items like your program's t-shirt with your logo, or "Events/Ticket".

Add a store description, terms of service, and Custom Checkout Fields on this page.

Profile Page: Update your administrative profile in Simple Raise and reset your password here.
