SimpleRaise IP Addresses for Email Notifications

Ensuring all of SimpleRaise’s domains are on your organization's Allowlist (the list of approved email senders) is essential so that teachers, students, and donors can receive timely notifications. There is a process called "white listing" that is applied to the school's email servers, firewalls, and content filters to enable SimpleRaise domains to be accepted securely for recipients.
Your IT administrator should make sure they white list both domains and IP addresses that we provide below. We also strongly recommend that you and your fundraising stakeholders add simpleraise.com to your personal address book list of "safe senders."

SimpleRaise IP Addresses for Email Notifications
We use Courier for our application-based email services. You’ll need to authorize their current list of IP addresses to ensure the highest deliverability of our emails.
We also use HelpScout for support emails and HubSpot for product update emails from the SimpleRaise team. Their domains and IPs are listed below.

SimpleRaise uses Courier to manage messaging templates and Twilio to deliver application-based SMS messages.
