Adding a Vendor Product as a New Campaign

PLEASE NOTE!: In order to add an available Vendor Product to your Store as a new Campaign, you will need to contact our Support Team at support@simpleraise.com.

Our Simple Raise representatives can guide you on the various available Vendor Product offerings and help you determine which one(s) you would like to add to your store.

Once you have consulted with your Simple Raise representative and decided on which Vendor Product to add to your Store, our Support Staff will select the item(s) from the Product Catalog and add them to your store.

You will find that new Vendor Product Campaign listed in your Active Tab on the Campaigns Page.

Editing a Vendor Product Campaign

Click through on the Product Campaign and navigate to the Campaign Settings tab. You will notice that some fields of information are grayed out, meaning that they are not able to be edited.

But other fields can be edited as needed for your Store:

1) Subtitle on the "Basic Information"

2) On "Pricing & Details", add a date that the Campaign expires.

3) To ship directly to your customers, switch the setting from "Ship to Organization" to "Ship to Purchaser"

Ship to Purchaser

4) On the "Goal Configuration" area, choose to Enable Goals, and decide between a Collective or an Individual Goal.

5) On the "Additional Settings" area, mark this Campaign with any appropriate Categories.

Product fields in gray are locked down. They can only be edited on the Vendors page by a Support Team Member.

6) Finally, click the "Update" button to make your changes.
