How do I Reset my Simple Raise Password?
Sometimes we forget to write down our passwords... That's okay! Whether you are an administrator managing your organization’s store or a participant supporting fundraising campaigns, you can follow the steps below to reset your password quickly and securely.
Go to our Sign In page and click "Forgot Password":
- Enter the email address associated with your Simple Raise account and click "Reset Password":
Then, check your emails, you should have an email from us at no-reply-test@simpleraise.com
that looks like this:
- Click on "Reset Password" and choose a new password that fits all of the requirements:
- Once you're done, click "Reset Password" and you'll be brought back to the Simple Raise login page.
- Enter your email address and your new password and you will be back to the fundraising action!
