Import supporters from a CSV file

Administrators can import supporter contacts into fundraising campaigns after Support enables this feature. Email support@simpleraise.com to request access.

Participants can also add supporters from their own profiles.

Import your file

Open Campaigns, select the fundraiser, then open Supporters > Import CSV.

Select Download the CSV template.

Add each supporter's name and at least one contact method, then save the file. Only include contacts you are authorized to contact, following your organization's consent requirements.

Upload the completed file and select Import Supporters. A success message will confirm the import.

Send a supporter reminder

Importing contacts does not send invitations.

When you're ready to send, select Send Supporter Reminder at the top of the Supporters page. This option is currently available only for fundraising campaigns.
