Importing Supporters as an Admin
Please note: This feature must be enabled on your account by a member of the Simple Raise Support Team. To activate it, please contact support at Support@simpleraise.com.

Should you need to import your Supporters/Contacts/Donors (potential customers of your program's Store) to your Fundraising Type Campaigns, you can do so as an Admin!
NOTE: Your participants can add their own list of Supporters/Donors/Contacts through their profiles. To learn more, read here.
How to Import Supporters
- Go to the Campaigns page, and click on the Campaign that you need to add Supporters to.
- Go to the Supporters Tab.

Click "Import CSV"

- On the Import Supports Page, click on the link that says "Download the CSV template" to download the necessary template for adding your list of Supporters.

Fill out the template with the names and at least one piece of contact info for these Supporters, and save your template with your changes.

- Go back to this page, and upload your file and click "Import Supporters".

You will see a success message at the bottom of your page.

Sending the Supporter Reminders
NOTE: Importing Supporters won't auto-send an invitation to your Simple Raise to support your program at the moment.
You will need to use the "Send Supporter Reminder" button at the top of the Supporters page in order to do so.

NOTE: Currently, the option to send Support Reminders is only available on Fundraising type campaigns.
