Donate to a calendar fundraiser

Choose a date on a participant's calendar to support their fundraiser. Calendar fundraisers are also called pick-a-date or donate-a-day. Dates correspond to donation amounts, starting at $1 for day 1.

Open the participant's calendar

Select Make an Impact in your email or text invitation.

If the participant has several campaigns, their store may show more than one fundraiser.

You can also open a calendar link shared by the participant or organizer. Check that the participant's name appears at the top.

If you've opened the main store without a participant, you'll need their individual calendar link.

Choose a date

Choose an available date or dates. If the fundraiser has a bonus week, you can choose those days too.

Claimed dates aren't available. Select their indicator to see more information.

A date may become unavailable if someone else completes their donation before you finish checkout. If that happens, choose another available date.

Add your name and an optional message, then select Continue to Checkout. You can see other supporters' messages at the bottom of the calendar.

Complete your donation

From your cart, select Start Checkout.

Review the summary and choose whether to leave an optional tip.

Select Proceed to Checkout.

Enter your email, payment method, and billing address, then select Process Payment.

If you can't continue, check for any unanswered required questions or missing fields.

Orders over $500 require an electronic bank transfer rather than a debit or credit card. You'll need your bank account and routing numbers.

Receipt and notifications

After payment, you'll see a thank-you screen and receive a receipt by email or text.

During the fundraiser, you may also receive an invitation and donation reminders. Reply STOP to stop text notifications. Add your email to your profile if you prefer email notifications.
